OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP
Host Families needed:
Become a host parent. It takes a special family to care for an ill child. Host Family Inquiry
Medical Volunteers needed:
If you are a physician, surgeon, nurse, therapist (ST, OT, and PT) or other medical professional join us in providing services to children locally and internationally.
Airline escorts needed:
We need airline employees to donate their time to escort children to the US and back home.
Other volunteer opportunities:
We need volunteers to perform clerical duties, help with transportation for local children to doctor's appointments, translators, and help with event planning.

David Hoffman has been volunteering and supporting Healing the Children for 20 years. He is Board-Certified and a Diplomat in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is the Director of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital. He is a member of several distinguished community organizations such as Healing The Children.

Please make sure we have your current passport, licenses and/or certifications. HTC can’t use expired documents. Dues are necessary every 12 months
